What level should I enroll in?
There are three levels that are available to members (which cover a multitude of dances) as well as Argentine Tango. Levels are based on your familiarity with the dances (see level description).
- Level I: Teaches basic figures. Ideal for beginners as well as people who are not yet comfortable with moving on to more advanced dance steps.
- Level II: For the intermediate dancer, it is required that you have completed Level I twice prior to taking Level II. The Level II classes teach steps other than the basic figures.
- Level III: Level III is for dancers who have taken Level II at least twice. Level III dancers are welcome to register and enjoy a social dance dance atmosphere.
- Salsa I: This class will teach you the basics of the Salsa. People who are new to Salsa should take this class.
- Salsa II: This class expands on Salsa I. It combines moves into more advanced patterns. Those with dance experience should take this class.
- Ballroom Line Dancing: This is a group atmosphere based dance-a partner is not required. In this class you will learn a variety of styles and figures. This class is good for both beginners and experienced dancers.
